The prices are intended per person and include breakfast of your choice "La Tipica" or "The Gallurese", and daily cleaning. Included in the price are the use of towels and bed linen, hair dryer, air conditioning in summer and heat in winter.
For stays of 7 nights you will have a 10% discount (excluding the high season).

For children from 0 to 5 years old accommodation and breakfast are free.

The loan credit at the time of booking is 30% of the total share of the stay.

The reservation is valid after the receipt of payment of your fax.

You can pay by Post Office or Bank Transfer Pay.

Upon your arrival, when you came into possession of the room you pay the balance in cash.
Please note that the B & B is a private structure with non-commercial use and can not offer payment services by ATM or Credit Cards. The bill, therefore, must be paid in cash.

The European rules governing the cancellation of trips and stays in hotels, are as follows: if the stays are canceled up to 4 weeks before the arrival date, if the cancellation occurs within 4 weeks from the stay, the deposit will be retained in full.

Check-in: the rooms are available from 17:00 onwards.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 10.00 a.m.

If our guests leave in advance of the requirement time of the booking, you must pay the actual period of stay and any excess of the confirmation deposit will not be returned.
